EspoCRM is an open-source CRM for contacts, sales, support and marketing that can be downloaded and installed on Windows, macOS or Linux. The vendor also runs a hosted cloud with Basic, Enterprise and Ultimate plans priced per user per month, each with a minimum number of users (3, 5 and 10) and billed for six months or a year. All extensions are included in the cloud plans, and a REST API and documentation are published.
